We are following the current development of the cultural landscape in Styria with great concern. Years of funding cuts and politically motivated appointments to the cultural board of trustees with a lack of competence are jeopardizing the cultural future and diversity of the province. Initiatives such as mur.at, a long-standing companion and cooperation partner of servus.at, are also acutely threatened by these developments.
We would therefore like to call on all our members to inform themselves and sign the petition at kulturlandretten.at. Together we can send a strong signal for the preservation of the cultural landscape and lend weight to the demands of IG Kultur Steiermark.
